  • What is therapy like? (what can I expect)

You can expect conversation....sometimes it will feel like the session will never end and other times it feels as if time didn't pass at all.

  • How long will therapy take?

I can't answer how long your therapy will last. Sometimes people come in for as short a time as 6 weeks ~ others stay for longer.

  • How long are sessions?

Sessions are 45 minutes. Couple sessions last somewhere between 45 - 60 minutes. Sessions are every week unless we determine otherwise.

  • Do you offer video or zoom sessions?

Yes I offer video sessions through Zoom for those that feel more comfortable with this option.

  • What is your fee?

My fee is $190. I will, at times, offer a lower fee if necessary.

  • Do you accept insurance?

At this time I do not accept insurance, nor am I on any panels. I will be happy to give you a "superbill" so that you can get reimbursed by your insurance. You will need to contact your provider to determine if, and how much, they reimburse.

  • Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
